Lantern doesn't create any kind:1s. Your comment is in the "comment" tag.

or how does it suppose to work?
I would expect to see the comment in other clients as a start of a discussion.
Other users likely don't have the extension (especially on mobile) so they can't interact.
Amethyst is just not rendering the comment, other clients do.
