Nope. Those things are pretty much only ridden by the trashiest of humans. The tricity is a scooter and not subject to as many restrictions, also.

I think this one was shipped from the future. You can tell because:
a. itβs an exciting green color, not gray or black like almost all vehicles are today
b. itβs got this little vacuum thing on top that you can toss your banana peels and Pepsi cans into and it converts it into magic clean fuel
c. it has 3 wheels which leaves a smaller carbon footprint
