If I remember correctly, GPT is off by something like 10 orders of magnitude here. 1mW is _way_ to much power to maintain 1uK accuracy for a liquid helium immersed thermometer.

(Yes, this is an actual problem we had in my previous line of work; we'd accidentally built an exceptionally sensitive thermometer and needed to fix it with an exceptionally well controlled injection of heat in a closed loop control)
