Made a jalapeno cheddar sausage sandwich for brunch today with sauteed onions and jalapeno jack cheese on top. I sliced it length wise and sauteed it on both sides then put the onions on it and shredded cheese on top. Spread a little brown mustard on the toast and tada Brunch was served. It was pretty good. I sliced the whole thing in half to make it fit on the bread too. Sorry I didn't take a picture before we ate it.
