Well real estate will eventually be cheaper due to low demand it’s like a hot potato with the annual tax’s and maintenance your consistently putting wealth into it with no guarantee of profit unlike Bitcoin don’t get caught holding the hot potato it will cost you just hold an asset that requires no maintenance imho
