Out of curiosity, how do you balance the adverse effects meat & diary products have upon the intestinal tract, and how do you ensure you get enough vitamins (to catch free radicals) if you refrain from eating almost all fruits, pulse, and many vegetables (like beetroot and carrots)?

My gut is way better than when I ate higher carb. Keto doesn't mean no carb, just low carb (20-50g/day). I eat broccoli, dark leafy Greens, cauliflower, zucchini, onion, garlic, and raspberries. I cycle keto so only in 10-20 days a month depending on stress level. More stress that month, I find more carbs (150g/day) works better. This isnt about restriction. I don't need weight loss - thats not my goal. I'm optimizing my ability to show up consistently at my best and add value.
I eat high quality grass fed meat preferably from a rancher. I eat corn and soy free pasture raised eggs - full of fat soluble vitamins. I drink raw milk in moderation and find that it's gut healing unlike pasteurized milk. Again, I've been dialing this in for 3 years now. Its taken me a while to get the feedback from my body and find what works for me. I track my data using an Oura ring and occasionally use a continuous glucose monitor bc stable blood sugar is a prerequisite for a happy, healthy, and stable human.
Ketones are natural anti inflammatories. Any daily pain that I may have is gone when im in keto. Its wonderful for mental health - shown to put patients in remission from psychosis in schizophrenia. It's that powerful. Because it reduces brain inflammation. It's not depression and anxiety, it's an inflamed brain. Ya know?
Imo and ime keto is ancestrally consistent and my body functions at its best when I cycle it. Fin.
And please ask any questions. I wish I .had not thought keto was extreme sooner lol.
