I feel it’s general, not only on Nostr. Do you know how is it in different platforms?

perhaps. i deleted everything else 2 years ago so i don't know how they're doing :) maybe social networking itself is on a downtrend. ill have to do some googling.

who knows... maybe some fragmentation.

i'd also argue that it's summer time in the northern hemisphere now and people are spending more time outside.
