Any idea which are the better or should be on ?
Add a few that are geographically linked to you for speed.
Add a few in other countries that speak your native language to broaden your horizons.
Check the users per relay (top 30) on https://stats.nostr.band/ and add a few of those just to make sure you're grabbing most of the content that's out there.
Lastly, add wss://nostr.mutinywallet.com because it will blast your notes out to every known relay that it can find, massively broadening your reach.

How does mostr.pub curate posts from fedi?
mostr.pub only knows about the posts that have been sent to it.
basically some nostr user has to follow a fedi account in order for it to let the server that fedi user is on that it would like to receive those.
It's similar in reverse, a fedi user has to ask for the posts of a nostr user from the bridge in order for it to send them along. It won't do that unless it thinks there is a follower relationship established
