Thats probably true. But it's a good first step and cuts off groups that might resisit that effort.

Agreed and yet first targeting USAID makes for a very useful test case for just how rabid the resistance would be and, more importantly, the mode taken to thwart the EOs by that resistance.
I wonder how the zombies are going to justify the pentagon audit 😆
And, it’s not even going away. It’s being reorganized under Marco Rubio in the State Dept.
