Lol, yes, such impulsive moments do occur from time-to-time. The frequency is different with all couples. Though, that is not how my wife and I primarily used to express love to each other. That's good that you do that for your wife and that it makes her happy. My wife never cared for poetry and neither do I. I'm not going to look into that book, btw🤷‍♂️.
