I suspect a lot of early adopters of BTC donât actually care about freedom, they just see it as a way to get rich, like itâs finally their opportunity to invest in the next big thing like Apple or Google or Amazon before they became household names. I figure this to be true because when you talk about other technologies that would free them, they talk about how hard it is instead of how exciting it is to actually be free.

If by early you mean class of 13 to 21. Most of the very early bitcoiners, who came before it had a price are pretty committed to freedom
I suspect this more applies to people that came in after 2020, and/or people thinking theyâll get rich off of their podcasts or music ala podcasting 2.0. In the future, sub 100k will be considered an early adopter.
Meh. Horseshit.
Anyone that is an early adopter already has financial freedom and balls of steel so not sure how you "figure" that?
I always like the common bitcoin quip -- "came for the get-rich quick scheme, stayed for the revolution"
