The four most underrated habits for a better life:

1) Get up your ass and exercise daily

2) Drink water instead of soda

3) Switch to a protein rich diet

4) Sleep about 8 hours per day

Establishing systems is better than goals (e.g. lose twenty pounds of weight) because people tent to stop doing the very thing that made achieving that goal possible. Extrem diets are bullshit. Gradually, then suddenly.
