Morning thought while working out ...

A very good friend mentioned earlier this week gratitude for what she has in life, noting a lot of folks don't enjoy many of the same opportunities and comforts -- like a bed, and quality food, etc.

When I started my job, my walk to work had me passing a homeless man. He wasn't much older than me. Yet he woke up every morning on pavement.

I used to think, "there really isn't that much separating us. If I had made one or two different decisions in life, or I didn't get lucky here or there, I could be him."

I still believe that today.

Be humble. Stack sats. Nurture your mind, body and soul. Enjoy the day.
