So I want to introduce someone to Nostr who has had a multitude of bad experiences with a good amount of badly moderated websites, where he reported a troll and was told to "deal with it lol". So, giving him a place soley relying on self-moderation seems like a good bet - nobody can ruin his day, he can say whatever he wants.

Thing is, the recent "how to nostr" resources I have seen, were ultra bitcoin (and lightning) heavy. So, this is the question:

Is there a "How to Nostr" resource that barely mentions Lightning/Bitcoin that I can link him? He is not a coiner, and I highly doubt he would want to be one either, lol.
