💯 there are also some great dressings based on nuts/nutbutter that don’t use any oil at all.
Dont buy those salad dressings full of garbage ingredients. Make your own, its super simple. Just made some caesar dressing (using my homemade mayo).
1/2 cup mayo
5 garlic cloves
3 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 1/2 TBSP dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
