Please be clarify if my shallow understanding about Nostr as below is correct or not.

Purpose of Nostr:

To provide an inclusive community ecosystem, which basing on concept of open source and technology of blockchain, where people with like-mindset getting together to explore and foster their own customized mini communities within this healthy ecosystem in general.

Let’s be clear I just hate seeing people working hard ends up with disappointment eventually.
