Just out of interest, what's your sets/reps for each exercise🤔? I do fewer exercises than you but generally always do 5 sets of 10 reps each.

Depends on the instructions. Block 1 is 8-12 reps for each. Wait 30secs after all 3 exercises. Then repeat. 4x I’m at 8-10-10

Block 2 I’m at 8-10-12

Block 3 I’m at 9 or 10 for each

(Same instructions for each block, I just gave the reps for 2 and 3)
