I don’t know if it’s the lack of phone radiation or that I subconsciously don’t expect to get some kind of call or text but I sleep really deeply when my phone is in airplane mode or off

Could be both… But also I can feel the radiation directly sometimes myself, wish I could relocate to a cave, not even a joke!

Wifi blocking paint is a thing now. Plus you can add to that by building an extra faraday cage barrier on the walls, floor and ceiling. No signals in or out. Perfect for sleep or meditation.
