Tonight, my #girlfriend and I visited a #vegetarian #restaurant that we have passed by numerous times but had never dined at, situated at the very end of #Tamsui Old Street, #Taiwan. We ordered two exceptionally unique fusion dishes—the Iron Egg and Baby Cabbage #Spaghetti 🍝 and Agei #Pizza🍕(Arrowhead bamboo and Bai ye tofu, top with Tamsui Agei sauce and balsamic).

Iron eggs and Agei sauce are undoubtedly Tamsui's famed specialties. The restaurant not only managed to meld the dishes into flawless culinary creations without a hint of incongruity but also crafted them in a way that you'd find yourself effortlessly taking bite after bite, deliciously satisfying without inducing a sense of fullness.

However, the beverage I opted for—a #Matcha 🍵, although the server informed me it would be rich and not as sweet as the usual, still did not reach the zenith of bitterness and concentration that I experienced in Kyoto, Japan.

Nevertheless, on the whole, I highly recommend this establishment. The finesse in their gourmet creations and the impeccable blend of Eastern and Western elements allowed me to profoundly perceive the chef’s unwavering “artisan spirit.”
