And sometimes people make the change they regret for the rest of their life but I get it 🙂 they can try to find out
Can do if it’s on impulse. However usually stepping out of one’s comfort zone leads to freedom and growth. Specifically if one’s settled and not happy in their current situation.
That’s not exactly the situation I’m thinking of but in a generalised way mostly I agree…but it depends if one thinks the grass is greener and then finds out it’s Astro turf lol
Only you can answer based on what ‘something’ is and your situation.
Yeah I've been reading your parsing code. We have to talk 🤣

For anyone that isn’t family, 1 to 2 years max. After year 2, you’re allowing yourself to be complicit when your intuition has been telling you it’s wrong. Standing down or bowing out or giving up - whatever words people use - is commendable when it aligns with authenticity.

When it feels scary to make the change… thats when the timing is right 🏆
It's rarely this black and white. Even if things are gradually getting worse, there are moments of hope that make this decision that much harder.
You get what you are willing to tolerate.

Depends how much of the year is wrong/bad/not working. If I feel at any time I'm not enjoying something, or something isn't feeling good more than 75% of the time, then I know it is time to make a change or let something go. I would only ponder something for years if the majority part of the years are good. EG if I was hating what I'm doing 4 out of 5 months in a row, I will make a change. If I didn't like something for 1 month out of 4, it's ok, maybe just a bad month. If things are bad for 3 months out of 12 then something needs shifting 🙏
