IDK why people like shit like In & Out, Five Guys, Etc. Somewhere near you is a great burger joint where real people who live in your area own the damn store.

They use good local beef, they may even make the rolls in house or buy them from a local baker. With current prices they are likely the same or less then so called "fast food".

If you are going to eat a burger find a place with 1-4 locations in the same general area you live in. Go there, get to know the actual owner, the staff, etc. Most likely you can have a cold beer with your burger that way.

If you are in the Fort Worth Area I recommend Tommy's. 40 years in Fort Worth, bout 50 beers on tap, fast service, Nolan Ryan grass fed beef, etc. Best burger is IMHO the "Blue Angel" cooked medium.
