Hey fellow #edc'r not sure I've ever seen another person with a SAK on their Keychain! That's awesome! We're definitely in the minority. My pockets are usually filled with other stuff, so the Keychain makes sense to me. I usually carry 2 other blades, a large and a small slip joint.
I think the US Army uses it in WW2 though right? As far as i know the swiss army recruits still get one upon entry
I don't think so. Us military had an issue knife knife in 1944, m2205, knife, pocket, general purpose. It was domestically made, I believe by Imperial Knife Company.
