You founded hangs ever? David II convinced me to try. Did 35 seconds at end of workout yesterday. Not great, but gonna get to a minute, and should be good for my back

Just hang from a bar. It's mostly about grip strength but good for shoulders and back.
That and pull-ups and you'll be swoll
Did some (assisted) pull ups too. I know...I know...no assist would be way more based. But the body is weak, and I like to do several sets

In peak shape I could do a few. Right now probably only 2-3. Them shits are hard!

If you like, you can do jumping pull-ups; meaning you jump to the bar, do one pull-up and drop. Rinse and repeat until you gain more strength. You could easily get 10 done this way
I respect the honesty with the 6-7. Online I expect people to say they do 20 lol. Guessing you're somewhat tall or heavy (in a good way), cuz it's always the short guys with small wingspan who just love doing pull ups lol.
Jumping ones is a good idea...will give it a try
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise but anyone can and should do pull-ups. It's just natural to do
