I'm working on a B2C project and I have lots of experience on B2B and B2B2C but zero on B2C.

On top of that, Seattle is very B2B focused and very few people work on B2C so I decided, together with 2 other friends, to start a group to discuss B2C. We ended up expanding the scope to B2B as well so that we can share our own expertise and not just be on the mentee side.

Nostr apps like Damus or Primal are Business to Consumer (B2C) businesses and their GTM strategy would aim at answering the question "how do we get people to use Damus?"
