I think they’re both on amethyst. Seems like an issue between amethyst and some other clients.

They play fine in amethyst,yakihonne and primal. I don't have damus.

The video was uploaded usimg yakihonne. Maybe you missing the relay?

I just added all of your relays but still can’t see it. I don’t think it has anything to do with relays because I can still see the post so it’s being relayed to me.
