If you follow him, it's usually easier to tag him when you want.
You could look at the people Jimmy follows & add them your contacts/follows, if you recognise them.

I have persisted but I do see that the network effect helps the incumbents like X. Without much engagement here, it isn’t as ‘sticky,’ as they say
