the app works well on my phone (occasionally it's glitchy, but mostly it's great and the only podcast app I use!). I've never tried it in a browser yet

There's all sorts of reasons why you may not be able to access their website when the rest of us can. The likelihood is that it isn't on Fountain's end, since no one else seems to have any issue.

Are you using a VPN? If not, try accessing the site while connected to a VPN.

Looks like you're on mobile, so I would echo what others have said and point you toward using the mobile app, rather than the website.
