The 13th Amendment didn’t Abolish Slavery… it just gave the Govt the monopoly power to enslave people who commit crimes.

So Govt passed the 16th Amendment and made it a crime to not pay income taxes, which is basically just another form of slavery.

Soooo, 16A basically made it a crime to not be a slave.
