We can't be "extra-terrestrial" to "extra-terrestrials," because anyone BORN on Planet Earth is a terrestrial being. Extra-terrestrial refers to non-Earth origin biological life.
We would be referred to as extra-Xanadu or extra-_insert exoplanet name here_, etc.
