Whenever I'm in a weak moment and log onto Twitter, all I see is the feed full of hate, anger and spite.

Then I regret logging in in the first place.

I would recommend re-listening to the audio - as he reads and plays some of the music. I tried to start a group that practices the art on Band. Perhaps with some help we could team up 🤷‍♂️
