With the onset of "Streaming Fatigue" video piracy is once again on the rise.

It might not be what some people want or even legal, but this could bring a lot of people to the Nostr ecosystem, and get it in the mainstream media. Any publicity is good publicity right? ๐Ÿ˜… What is needed is good video capabilities in a decentralized manner, Nostr but torrents basically.

The first project I've seen attempting anything like this is here:

nostr:nevent1qqs0wmu08ufj2y7ysxhxafxexw22kws50jcllxy7pzdjkn69r0qgs4sppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qgsy2ga7trfetvd3j65m3jptqw9k39wtq2mg85xz2w542p5dhg06e5qrqsqqqqqpkpny3r

P2P + video chunking backed by blossom servers. Are there any other apps looking to integrate this type of video storage, with playback in the client?

Itโ€™s ridiculous people are spending more on streaming than they did on cable. Still canโ€™t even watch most of the sports games.
