Business is war. Everyone is trying to take you out, and it can come from within as well. It’s best to try to treat ppl right. Ppl remember when they are screwed over way more than when praised. The idea is to deliver value to shareholders at the public corporation level, and it’s hard to do that if the public doesn’t like you or what you’re doing. That’s why it’s all so fake and gay rn. They are walking on egg shells to appease the crazy left, but they don’t actually really believe this stuff for the most part. It’s a monster that is out of control
