For lightning it's very easy with coinos.io you make an account there and you get a lightning address that looks like an email. You enter that in your Nostr app under your profile settings and you are ready to receive bitcoin via lightning 😉⚡

I tested to register on coinos.io but I can not login / register. I get one error. Will check later this afternoon
