What the info LSPs have on users when they use their platform?

They could be running software like this:

I think about them as VPN servers. They can hide your info behind their stack, but they know most of the things that are happening.

I also believe LSP must be trusted providers by definition/spec. So, if you don't trust them with your data and funds, move out.

So, basically they can track you down if you not using VPN.

oh, yeah. But any server can do that: IP -> Geolocation and Geolocation over time -> Name.

They just have the extra metadata of your pubkey, payment amounts and timing.

Yep, and make sure more people use it your server. Otherwise, channel peers know all those transactions are yours (no IP leakage though).
