To say a woman is ambitious should be a complement, but I find myself not that into this complement. I try to understand why, because from the bottom of my heart, I do appreciate those great women who accomplish a lot and make a difference, but when I recall the women I meet or know these years from the business world, who can be call ambitious, I find I not dislike the ambitious part, the problem is they seem to be very aggressive. Not saying aggressive is bad, just feel they need to arm themselves with aggressiveness to survive in the male world. Quite sad when I realize that.

I still believe that gender equality can be achieved not by forcing one side to be into what certain types of personality, but by maximizing the different strengths and energy.

Toughness has power, gentle has power, and by combining all forms of power, we can move the world.
