Do you know If you installed community version or official version? Because I currently have the same issue however I already had official one installed

I have community installed, as that was the only one I was aware of until last week when Hub showed me the upgrade banner.
When I attempt to install official, it progresses to 99%, then quits.
Do you see the same channels in Alby Hub like in Lightning Node app?
If yes then you can safely uninstall and install and your channels will be okay. But all your NWC connections will need to be made again
