Ive had dreams of being tall:). 5’10” here and 170. Older than you and on my way to 160. Fasting changed my life. Organic and carnivore too. I Play hockey three times a week & tennis whenever I can. Health is all we have and we can control it. Took me a long time to truly realize & believe this. Mindset matters. God speed friend. Good for you!!

Daughters friend from college visited last week. Kid was 6’5”. He had to duck walking to the basement. 6’1” seems like perfection of male height.
