"What cooking fats should I use?"

Meat fats: tallow, ghee, butter.

This is the way!

I use now tallow, butter and olive oil. So interesting to learn all the things from food.

That’s why the Bitcoin community is so special. You have all sorts of groups in the Bitcoin space!

nothing like cooking the eggs in beef tallow left over in the cast iron :)

or in butter, or in olive oil,

but yeah.......

i have been olive oil or butter basically my whole life.

i'd always get all messed up eating out and only connected the canola oil dots in around 2006.. of course ate it on and off for years until i finally put my foot down,

but yeah...... pure poison.

and all the rest too, "peanut oil" " vegetable oil" "soybean oil" things that are not food, inedible poisons...

Beef tallow is my go to. Been using some Sheep Tallow lately too

I heard people say that mustard seed oil is a good cooking fat with a very old tradition in South East Asia. Anyone tried/researched?
