Not a bad choice! I actually don't add any sweetener with the coffee I drink now, but when I used to drink other stuff it was usually honey or molasses

It is! A good friend is a real coffee guru, he sources the beans direct from import, and small batch air roasts them. He's a damn artist, and it tastes so damn good I don't want to add anything else to take away from the flavor
