I was expecting it to hit it's target at high speed, but it looks like it just slid up next to the target and was detonated.

The Kyiv War Museum has four of those naval drones. The one outside saw actual combat and returned home with damages that weren't economical to repair.:
But the three inside are shiny display models, as though they're being presented to potential buyers at a big sales conference. 😂

Indeed. And it looks like they're not doing a good job of actually hitting the drone. You see shots impacting all over.
