I just listed to the voice mail and the advisor was calling to ask me about diversification of my investmentsā¦ because the only thing I hold with them is #Bitcoin

They are calling you because probably they do not hold the correspondent #Bitcoin for your position and they are worried you and many others are gonna win against them. Self custody, otherwise you risk that if #Bitcoin moons they will make an excuse not to pay you.
