So as a content creator does one not even bother using an email newsletter platform?

Simply publish here?

One’s connections are akin to emails in that sense

A nostr native media business. Got a great ring to it

That's what I think.

Someone with a media background may want to chime in here, we may need a new NIP or two to support things this ecosystem would need, for example to make sure the less customer-facing investigative work gets rewarded and reaches the right people. But maybe that'll happen organically as Nostr grows?

I would assume that people gravitate to what they find valuable

If one is clear on what content that can expect from a follow

Entertainment / finance / love etc

Then people would figure it out for themselves in a way
