Its an ongoing issue. Had the same thing happen to be when I let my battery die one night. Just happened again after an update. Hadn't had it happen after an update before.

Damn. Yeah never happened before for me.

Just did a quick restart cause I haven't done one in a few days.

Not a big deal, just more of an annoyance, as that's how I saved my most used/visited web pages/PWA's.
