To be clear, The Boatman's Call is good. He's a good songwriter, I'm not saying he isn't. That's why I said he's "mostly overrated". He's just not as great as some would have you believe. Kinda like Dylan.

I couldn't name one of his albums or songs. I just know its him when I hear it.
