Yo guys & gals, would you agree that NOT having a dark mode function on the software that you use 80% of your working hours is a dealbreaker? 6.4h average out of 8h. when i worked for reddit, the software didnt have darkmode but after some persuasion the engineers managed to implement it relatively fast, it took about 3, 4 months. Should I even try to persuade this new company that interviewed me, it was first listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2005 and still they do not have a fcking dark mode wtf?!

PS. I am literally unable to work/watch my monitor without using dark mode + Night light setting on 80% + settings on my monitor to emit minimal blue light for more than 30 minutes. I am only turning off my night light and monitor settings when i am color correcting video so i see real colors.
