This is great and all true, but without a trivially easy way to buy Bitcoin, it’s all hot air. Very soon however, there will be a permissionelss and trivially easy way to buy Bitcoin that will be global. Then the promise of the message below will come true.

Don’t forget also, that without Ethical Bitcoin tools where users do not have to “sign up” or give away any personal information to use their own money, the outcome desired by everyone who can think is less likely to happen.

Bitcoin simply existing can’t make good things happen; it has to be used correctly, and services that do not help users use it correctly must be avoided and never integrated with.

Beautyon, thank you for posting this. I think you are right. The 2nd biggest question I always get about Bitcoin is, “how do I get some.” And then I cringe because if anyone from the non-Bitcoin world wants to dip a toe in, they usually have to put a lot of their time and identity into getting some.

Do you have something specific in mind when you say that “very soon there will be a permissionless and trivially easy way to buy Bitcoin that will be global”? If so and you can’t discuss it, I understand.

Just want to add that I absolutely appreciate your writings, interviews and thoughts, and you push me to try and think better.
