有料 relay の nostr.wine に pay してみた。値上がりしてるし (18888 sat)!　global に nostr.wine (+ jp relay) をセットして、 filter.nostr.wine で broadcast=true した。 filter.nostr.wine の reading list に既に入ってる public relay は自分の relays からは削除しちゃおう。
