the fraudsters, i mean leaders, the most wealthy and corrupt, use hidden statistical leaks in the monetary system, mainly related to ever expanding supply, to acquire an ever growing proportion of the economic output of a country

they have to maintain an ever growing proportion because they are greedy and when you satisfy lust it makes lust grow if you don't put a boundary of discipline on it

the rest of us suffer because it is only when the distortion of the flow of wealth gets absurdly out of balance that people finally put a stop to it

the reason why it's a per capita (average per person) change is because they are stealing from everyone via the hidden tax of inflation, and the bottom 95% or so have an ever-shrinking part of the economic output

they steal from everyone

and their first order of business is creating a perception that such a mechanism doesn't exist
