I'm arguing that fiat oil B is an improvement to fiat oil A. The customer is Big Food and all the NPCs who don't look after their own health. Novel concept, I know.
No I think it’s good we’re looking for new alternatives. Was only piggybacking off the post. Haven’t heard of the zeroacre oil but I would like to try it.

What what do you cook with duck fat?
It has a high smoke point so anything that needs heat. But we like to use it when searing meats, cooking potatoes, toss veggies in duck fat before roasting them, drizzle it on popcorn. It’s pretty tremendous for fried chicken imho. Crispy on the outside, moist and tasty on the inside. 🤙🏻
