Nearly all our centers for higher education have been taken over by extremists, and they're churning out young professionals with a bent worldview, some of whom eventually end up in positions where they affect policy.

Seem to have 2 points of view in the responses. From my end, we hired a couple people straight out of college, invested all the profits we had our little business and I trained them fully paid for 3 months to try to impart as much of my experience as fast as possible. I then supervised and mentored on the first two contracts we managed to get and everything was looking good for 3 months. I actually think we had everything good to expand and eventually have them both as supervisors and growing the service line. Then the young lady decided to get all bent out of shape and rude with clients and start talking politics in business calls. Both clients lost within a week.
